Does anyone else have issues with packaged ground beef ? / Turkey ?

Recently I’ve had reactions to both and we got the organic brand each time and with the beef it didn’t list additional ingredients but the Turkey did could there be criss contimation in the beef or how would this happen I’m not allergic to Turkey or beef.
