self sabotaging with food delivery apps

i’m so frustrated today. the last 4 weeks have been filled with overeating, binge-eating and ordering food as soon as i’m home alone. it’s so expensive and so bad for me, but i keep doing it. and i rarely get the healthier options. it’s usually fried foods and fast food that leaves me feeling terrible and causes rapid weight gain. i’m not sure how i can get over this. i tried deleting the apps, deleting my accounts, but it’s so easy to just redownload and say, “after today, i won’t do this anymore”. i’m a little hopeless today. i want to get blocked off of those apps, and i don’t want there to be any way for me to get around to accessing them. has anyone else struggled with this? any tips would be greatly appreciated.
