Help!! 4% Chlorhexidine

So I was following folliculitis regimen that one of the users recommended to use chlorhexidine in your nose, ear, scalp and groin area. Ihv been using it 2-3 times a week for well over a month. However, recently I got these rashes on my hands and ear. The itch is horrible at night.
Why was chlorhexidine working at first and now it is not? Should I switch to panoxyl now? Idk how will I follow healthyalmonds regimen with panoxyl.
Has anyone experienced this with 4% chlorhexidine?
