Had this for about a year. Hasn’t gone away. It seems to get inflamed and then will shrink I guess and then get inflamed again. No itch or pain, just hate having it here. Is it folliculitis or acne keloidalis nuchae? I’ve tried mandelic acid, clearasil pimple cream, hydrocortisone cream, even tried Nizoral shampoo and salicylic acid shampoo and no luck at all. I don’t shave my head and have gone to the same barber for years if that info helps. Any info would be appreciated, at this point I’m guessing seeing a dermatologist
