Playing guitar to discord

I am not sure why this isnt working. I have the focusrite 2 channel 3rd gen and I press INST and DIRECT MONITOR and I can hear it over my headphones but no one in discord can hear it. How do I get this thing to let me play my guitar so discord channel can hear it?
