New Carta 2 issues

Recently bought the carta 2. I cannot connect to the app as the carta doesnt show up in the app or bluetooth. What is the carta named in bluetooth? Also, the carta 2 is incinerating my hash. Last smoke i put in a .3 at 468 degrees and my hash is baked black into the ceramic. Barely got any by the time it was up to heat. Any tips anyone?
