trans fluid??

Soo 2016 st1 Bought the car and the synchros in 3rd and 4th gear went out.
Ordered new trans got it put in. Used valvoline dual clutch trans fluid. Same issue, 3rd and 4th gear. Luckily lkq send me another trans free of charge.
Question is what fluid do you guys use? Have you had issues with the synchros specifically in 3rd and 4th? Any help is appreciated
