Pocket RM heals

I have noticed a lot of aoe players have a RM following them and constantly healing. If they are 2 plates sure I see how it can be done easy. But I am seeing a lot that are clearly pocket RM’s constantly healing as the Aoe is going round collecting mobs. How is this possible from the same pc? As even if you have a script to spam a action slot as soon as you go back to your main it won’t work.
