Homelessness are hit record highs in the US. Should Billionaires be taxed more?

Doesn’t have to do with taxing billionaires as throwing money wont solve the homeless issue. If you really want to break the trend it will require 2 things. 1) bring back mental health institutions. Many of these people need mental care. 2) lower the cost of living. Those priced out will have nowhere to go but the street. Housing being the biggest factor.
Start that and I’d say about 50% of the homeless will come off the street
