So I am what most people consider a DILF. Got a handsome face, trim my beard, look good when I dress up, etc.
The problem is I’m gaining weight now that my moralism is slowing down. Still in that DILF category imho, but slowly losing the ILF part (to some people).
I’ve never been Mr. Muscles, so I’m hoping I can find some guidance from once of these gym rats I see on snap, and everywhere else.
I’ll be pretty limited to either early morning workouts or very late night workouts because work/life.
Now why am I asking for a female partner with this? Simple:
Motivation.
I know my lazy ass VERY well. If it’s just me going to the gym I’m not gonna go. I will for a week or so… then back to the couch I go. What I’m looking for is either a kindred spirit in a female who’s wanting to start the journey or a female gym rat who doesn’t mind taking me by the hand and helping me feel more comfortable in my skin.
As a man of science I also believe in simple truths, Science will it. Positive reinforcement goes a long way. If we get our rocks off at the end of a successful week of gym going, I’d love if we could ge that pent up tension out through our bodies.
If you’re interested HMU. Mutual attraction for something is a must IMHO.
