DEO blocks your number from calling if you have pending monetary status...also still haven't received payments

I haven't been able to call them for over 2 weeks. They tried gaslighting me and telling me it's just because they're busy, but one agent today admitted to me that they prevent people calling that have monetary status pending. This would make sense, as I've only been able to contact them recently by inputting random claimant IDs.

I also still have been pending for over 6 weeks now, PUA that got switched to regular UC. I was told by a phone agent last thursday I would be put back on PUA but so far no change, I'm keeping my fingers crossed it changes back soon and my payments are taken off of hold.
