I claimed April 8th. Was finally able to verify my identity and have my claim back dated to April 5th ON June 10th. When I spoke to DEO on June 30th, they told me they sent out a fact finding(on the 20th of June) to a previous employer, who is not the employer I was with during COVID, and are waiting for them to respond, however, I will be denied and need to reapply when the PUA link shows up. How long until the fact finding comes back? After it comes back and Iām able to apply for PUA, am i going to need to have it back dated again? How long does it take to get a payment after submitting the PUA?
