I understand the website being shit, it was shit to begin with, and with a crazy influx of people trying to apply.. though it sucks, it makes sense. But I don't understand how they have released zero info on how to go about not supplying the required 5 work search contacts. They say they've been waived, but gave no info on how to continue requesting without supplying them. I know you can just hit cancel, or put no you didn't look for work, and give that as a reason, but it all still just seems like going through a loophole, and I'd rather not have that be the reason they deny benefits for said weeks, and have to end up waiting another two weeks to apply again. I have until the 9th to request for the first two weeks so still holding out a bit to see if any info gets released or something on the site changes where they just don't ask for them. A simple, "Yes, just put you didn't look for work and give COVID-19 as the reason" would be more than sufficient!
