ExamSoft FROZE and I got locked out of Mock Exam...

Did this happen to anyone else? I logged onto ExamSoft, downloaded the first mock exam and entered the password, it took my photo, and then remained loading the mock exam. I was never able to access it as it just kept loading, so I restarted my computer like it said and now it says that I already took the exam and cannot continue.
Called ExamSoft Support but they couldn't even connect me to an agent because they said all were busy.
