Our information is being hacked and stolen.

In the last 48 hours students on the Facebook are reporting calls, texts, facetimes, emails and attempted hacks into their personal accounts. Spread the word about this may be linked to this failed ILG software. Everyone is at risk, even the people who have no issues with the software. Not only will exam day crash the software, but your info will get hacked and stolen regardless.

Definitely think people who reuse pws are affected but also remember that ILG has root access to the computers. For Macs, that means admin access to keychain, Mac’s password app that stores every login/certificate the computer has. I wouldn’t be surprised if granting such access to your computer leaves you vulnerable in that way
