Floorp 11.24.0 not preserving last session's tabs

I am testing a new install of Linux Mint, and setting up Floorp. After quite a bit of configuration, I shut down the browser, but then reopened it for some reason. Only to find that the last session was wiped.
Repeatable.
I see others reported this in the past, but here it is on the latest version, out just yesterday. It was installed via Flathub.
I haven't tested login persistence.
EDIT: this morning, after a reboot, it's not doing it.
