Home depot is an impressive dumpster fire. A million emails between the installers and the store trying to coordinate material delivery and the actual install. Delivery day comes and... nothing shows up. I go to the store, install is scheduled for the following day. Somehow the store/delivery people have lost 18 cases of flooring. Now its been days and home depot is still just leaving us hanging while they inquire with the shipping company about where the materials went. I really feel like this isn't our issue and they can reorder for us and get us back on track while they sort out where their materials went.... but i guess were at the mercy of waiting for their incompetence now. I thought it would be a simple cheap way to get some flooring done. Won't make this mistake again.
