LVT glue down. 2mm thick 12 mil wear layer. Below grade concrete that is dry for 27 years.

I’ve skim coated the floor with Ardex Feather Edge wall to wall. The product I’m using is Armstrong commercial along with their Roll Strong Adhesive.
Should I apply a primer to the skim coat of Ardex?
