So I did my first float today it was good took me about 20 minutes (out of a 1 hr session) to get my bearings. once I was good I tried to treat it like a regular meditation session except i wasn't sitting upright. Only thing i had a real issue with was trust. I could not just chill and let the water do it's thing I did alot better at managing my mind, in that when it wanted to believe we were gonna float off into outer space I was able to chill it out. Sometime leaves me to wonde how good I've gotten at meditating I was ale to calm the monkey in the cage. Anyway I loved it can't wait to go again. But I would like to ask the community....How to you situate your body so that there isn't so much stress on your neck/upper back i tried to spread my legs to distribute the weight but I guess that comes with time huh?
