We are on week 3 of flipping furniture and have turned just over 1200 in profit. Getting a grove, found our niche locally and capitalizing! Minor repairs and touch ups. Hunting moving sales and buying “lots” of furniture for 10-25 dollars a piece. Two armed forces bases in our area and a few large companies that have 12-18 month contract employments. Lots of transient people.
Bit of a ramble but none of our friends are excited. We have a couple groups of items we have researched for eBay and are stocking up as we find them. Goal is to have 100 items and all packaging materials before starting eBay sales. Thoughts on that? We have vetted each item. Figured it would be best to start when we are ready to go balls deep with it.
The most good clean fun my wife and I have had together in a while. Been creeping this thread and you lot have been very helpful. Excited To see this unfold. I wish you all many a great find!
