Ebay removed an item they said was counterfeit. It's not.

I put an old, rare Nirvana shirt on ebay last week. Within 24 hours, ebay removed it, saying it was a counterfeit. It was official merchandise. I got an ebay rep on the phone, plead my case, and provided a link where the same shirt was posted (sold out, but at least the rep could see it was legit merch). The rep sounded indifferent and stuck to his script. He told me someone would contact me regarding the item within 48 hours. I haven't heard from anyone. Should I call back? Will they actually investigate so I can sell this shirt?
