I have recently got my account suspended permanently. I am not sure why, I provide tracking numbers for everything. While it's not a huge deal (ebay fees are getting out of hand), restricting my selling access is a bit irritating to say the least.
Is there any way to resolve this? I have contacted ebay repeatedly and told them they have made a mistake. But they keep giving me a tired old script.
I'm planning to complain to ACCC ASIC here in Australia on the restriction clause, as it is affecting my way of living. In any case, I will have to make a business account in the future to sell again it seems, which is unfortunate. (Good thing I never make a profit anyway because I sell things at a loss to recoup some bad purchasing decisions).
The trigger seemed to have been an item I sold for in the thousands, it was a one off, and something I had a change of mind on. My question to the community is - is there anything I can do? Is there anywhere I can make a fuss that ebay will actually read?
Thanks
