Can there be an undo option for layers?

Like, here’s an instance, you’re making an animation, and you accidentally delete some of the layers, now your animation is ruined, but if there was a undo option, it would fix your animation. so that’s why I think they should be undo option for layers
You see this image, this is a screenshot of a animation that used to have 200 frames but now all the other parts got ruined so I had to delete them.
