JFK-RUH - Is it worth it to upgrade to business on Saudia for $1100?

Have an upcoming flight from NY to Riyadh in economy and got an upgrade offer to bid on business. Default price is $2300 but minimum bid is just shy of $1100. Is it worth it for the minimum bid? Definitely don’t want to spend 2300. Flight looks pretty empty in economy only see 36 economy seats in 777 booked on seat map.
