Please add a feature to let user decide what time to start running the app and when to stop

I would like to suggest a feature enhancement for our application if you don't mind. Specifically, I would like to propose implementing functionality that enables users to schedule the application's start and stop times. This feature would allow users to select from multiple time options, ensuring the app operates according to their preferences. Additionally, incorporating safeguards to prevent excessive restarts—such as warning messages when the app is launched too frequently—would enhance user experience and prevent potential errors.
