LGS’s run FaB events but less and less people showing up. Any ideas how to get more FaB players involved?

Name covers it mostly. I LOVE FaB. It’s the best TCG in my opinion (Yes better then magic and anyone that disagrees can fight me over it 😂) but allot of the local community has stopped going to the LGS for events and I’m not sure why. I want more people that play to come out to the shops or set up like I’m home Pods that we can play as I LOVE this game and don’t want to see it die out in my local area. Anybody have suggestions on things to do that can help bring in interest or help regrow the local FaB community?
