Watcher: A member that specializes in ranged and melee and has proven themselves and been a member for some time

Swordsman: A member that is not new but not has served for long and proven themselves. They specializes in melee combat

Archer: A member that is not new but has not served for long and proven themselves. They specialize in ranged combat

Recruit: A member fresh out of training and has no specialized style of combat

Trainee: Is being trained at the barracks and has no field experience
