No phone number listed in settings

There is no phone number listed in my settings for Fizz Mobile. I cannot receive text messages but I can send them and they are received by that number. It’s been over 24 hours since activation. I have removed and reinserted the SIM card. I have restarted the phone several times. I have turned the cellular plan on and off. I have reset network settings and turned iMessage on and off. Like WTF?
