Will a 3/8 steel bar through the frame be safe to support my motorcycle?

Will a 3/8 steel bar through the frame bbe safe to support my motorcycle?

Trying to adjust the aftermarket shock links or put back to stock.

The hole is 1/2”, I plan on lifting the bike from the bottom with a jack, then lowering onto the bar with jack stands supporting the bike on each side.

Is a 3/8 strong enough to support this 400lb and some change motorcycle ?
