Yamaha YBR 125 front brake disc?

I bought a second hand yamaha ybr 125 as a first bike. Its a 2009 model and i noticed the front brakes were binding on the disc a bit so i took the calipers off to inspect. The pistons were pretty rusty so i decided just to replace the whole assembly (only £15 so why not?). However ive replaced them now and the brake disc appears to be grinding against the body of the calipers. I included a photo to show a bit better what i mean.

Any idea what the issue might be? Is the brake disc from a different model? Different wheel?

Any help appreciated.
