Trying out litophanes for christmas presents and it's working out ok, but not the quality I was hoping for. Printing on overture white PLA at 220 C. Layer height: 0.12 Wall order: outer/inner 100% infill although the image portion doesn't have any infill, it's just walls. Min lithophane thickness is 0.8 mm, max is 3.2 mm. Speeds: outer wall 60, inner wall 150, gap infill 230, evereverything else 180.
I noticed as it was printing I could hear it scscraping each layer and the top looks a little rough. Any advice would be much appreciated.
