I am currently having Nakpro Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate from ON Protein . Going out for 3 months for gym and I know it's still would take lot of time for some progress since I wasn't much disciplined regarding my diet and lifestyle. I just wanna know the cons of these 2 supplements since Some day that it will damage kidneys if we don't drink enough water . So , kindly mention the side effects of it .
