Should I be making this smoothie every morning for a weight loss routine?

200 ml milk, raisins, almonds, cashews, one big banana, 3/4th small katori worth oats (can't be more than 50g), a tbsp honey. I mix it all in a blender and drink it before workout. Is this a good smoothie for weight loss? I have realized that my workout has gotten much better since I've switched to this but this feels like a high calorie smoothie.
