  1. Never drink too much water. It drains out the electrolytes from our body and make us tired throughout the day. Instead, listen to your body. Drink when thirsty. Check your urine colour. If it's too yellow drink water, if too transparent then drink less water.

I think it is a common mistake when people start taking creatine.

  1. Don't do squats in smith machine. I mean you can if you are planning to isolate muscles but the problem is it takes of the balance part from your workout. So if you think you can lift 70 kg by your experience from smith machine, you are wrong. You would not be able to balance and the weight will fall. It's not just squats, and exercise like bench press etc
