hello how do you guys fulfill your protein requirements?

hey 35 M , trying to loose weight, i have started exercising (yoga and morning walks , as i have started after a long time and i am still trying get mobility going), also have started regulating my caloric intake. I am aiming to add around 100 gms of protein in my diet, i know chicken and fish are the best way, but i try to include them only once in my meal.
how do you go about regulating it? how do you manage your protein intake?
