Hey Fitnessbegeisterte,
gehe schon seit einer Weile trainieren. Nehme an trainingstagen (alle 2 Tage) L-Carnitine 500mg, Creatine 3 gr und Ashwagandha ein.
Nun, ich kenne mich bisher noch garnicht mit den Aufbau/Abbau Phasen dies das Bulling oder cut garnicht aus. Brauche ich die? Kann mich jemand aufklären und seine Weisheit mit mir teilen?
