Just for some back story, before I got sick, I was working my abs mostly, upper body and cardio. I was running about 5 miles a day and was starting to loose some of my softness and my abs were popping out. Now I'm at the end of two weeks without working out and my stomach is back to soft. My cardio is crap and I can't do nearly as many pushups. I feel like all I've been doing is putting on weight. And my energy is so low that if I try to exert myself it feels like my flu is relapsing.
Does anyone have any tips on recovering so I can get back to my workout routine? I mean, I feel worse if I push it but I don't want to do nothing! I feel rather stuck.
