Need some help balancing out my muscle definition.

I've recently gotten back into working out and running after a long dry spell. I use a pull up bar and resistance tube, as well as some weights and running. However, I've noticed considerable disproportion between my right side and left side, mostly upper body and arms. How do I go about even beginning to fix this issue?

Note: I'm right handed, thus my right side is stronger.
