Wanting to buy something I can use for body-strength exercises. Pull ups mostly, but knee raises, etc. are good also. Since I can't do the doorframe type gear in my apartment it looks like the power tower type stand is my best option.
Anyone have any recommendations? Prices seem to vary from ~150-300 with little to no noticeable difference in features.
From 300-500 there are a few options with an attachment for a punching/kicking bag. While I'd love a bag (currently starting krav maga and taekwondo) my guess (and I could be wrong) is that I'll be better off with a freestanding bag, rather than an attached one. Attached would be nice in terms of space though, also it's a bit cheaper combined than spending for a separate piece.
Anyone have experience with these? Recommendations? Thanks.
Edit:
Perhaps I should have been more explicit. I was thinking of something along these lines: this or this
