Advice on walking
Post Body
This seems to be the best place for this, but please tell me if I'm wrong.
In less than a couple of weeks, I will be taking part in a 10 mile walk for charity (it starts at midnight too, just to make it a bit more difficult).
I don't walk much at the moment - will the best way to prepare be to just walk as much as possible (starting with small amounts, and building up?) before the day of the walk?
Thanks
