I've never been one for new year's resolutions. I resolved to join a gym and lose weight in July, and it's been going great. I expect that the next time I hit the gym will be tomorrow. January 2nd.
I'm dreading it. I know the place will be crawling with people who will be doing well if I see them in the first week of February, and in the meantime I'm going to have to wait in line for equipment that has been part of my routine for months.
How do other people feel about January at the Gym? Are the crowds part of why resolution-ers drop out? Do dedicated fitness folks hate it? Have hope more of them will stick it out? What's your experience?
