Injured, want to train... help appreciated!
Post Body

Hi everyone! Recently I started having pains in my elbows and legs during workouts, which would get ridiculously bad after boxing. Went to see my Doctor about this, and I've got tendon(?) damage in my left leg, knee and ankle, and two cases of tennis elbow... so I think my Mike Tyson-wannabe days are over.

Just wondered if you guys had any suggestions for alternative ways of working out without damaging myself some more? I'm quite a well-built chap, and I'm a little worried that I'll lose all the hard work I've put in so far. A friend suggested swimming, but would the motion damage the leg further?

Thanks in advance, advice appreciated! :)
