Stats:
Weight: 178lbs
Bench: 198lbs (not tested fresh, only at the top of a pyramid) can do 143lbs x 10
Deads: 310lbs for 6 (more if I had straps - LH grip sucks)
Squat: 220lbs for 10 reps to parallel
OHP - This needs a bit of explaining. I've only ever done DB OHP , with my best being a set of 6 with 110lbs (2 55lb DB's) a month or two ago. I've had an extended break (not on purpose) and recently did two sessions using a barbell, today the best I achieved was 110lbs for about 4, then did 4 x 8-10 x 71.5 lbs.
My questions:
Is my OHP lagging? I hear I should be aiming for 1RM of my bodyweight at least.
Considering my recent switch to barbell OHP's, are my lifts at an acceptable weight?
