Do I need to use ZMA?

I have searched reddit but didn't find what I was looking for. From what I understand ZMA is one of those things you will only notice if you are deficient in it, so I'm unsure if I need it.
I sleep well, don't wake up in until my alarm (unless I need a massive piss or something) and usually have dreams, so I'm not sure if I will benefit.
Has anyone been in a similar position or care to give me any advice?
