I am trying to simplify my work out routine as I am not able to keep up with going to the gym regularly as my infant daughter doesn't allow for regular sleep. I've done Yoga, weightlifting and biking as the core of my fitness regimen with good dietary guidelines (though not super strict, good enough for results). I am thinking of simplifying by moving to Yoga with kettle bells to integrate two of my systems. It will also allow me to divest myself of some of my weight and resistance equipment. I'd love feedback and any real life examples of such an approach. My goals are primarily fat loss, some hypertrophy, endurance and strength improvements so I am not looking to be lifting like a monster and think kettles might fit the bill as well as add some power to the mix. Thanks in advance.
