Increase in volume or strength for mass?
Post Body

I can never find a definitive answer to this question. I know strength and hypertrophy are related to some degree but which is better for mass?

I'm thinking that the increase in volume that I'm doing is having an effect on my ability to increase my strength on the main compounds but I don't want to reduce the volume if it's going to hinder size. I may not be recovering in time with the volume. My 1rm on bench is 1.3 times my body weight. Would I be better dropping the volume in favour of increasing the big 4 lifts then once they are at a good standard introduce more bodybuilding volume when I'm not needing to concentrate on strength.
