Moving from PPL to U/L split
Post Body

The time has finally arrived where I can no longer hit the gym 6 nights per week due to family commitments. I have been doing the Reddit PPL with 5/3/1 main for a good amount of time & I have loved it. My plan is to do the 4-day 5/3/1 BBB with added accessories in the hypotrophy range. On the plus side I will have more rest days which I think will be good for me as I have a shitty sleeping schedule but on the down side, I think I will struggle to get the same volume in on the accessories. Will I see a negative affect dropping from a 6 to a 4 day a week split?
