Is bench enough for anterior delt growth?

I've been lifting now for well over a year although 6 months of that was on a cut and my front delts are really lagging. I'm 136lb and benching 160lb working sets so not heavy but I'm only 136lb body weight. I'm following the Reddit PPL.

Can I assume that once I'm benching 225lb my front delts will have grown or should I incorporate some direct work?

I'm doing smith seated OHP at 115lb. Is it a case of that I'm just not lifting heavy enough?
