Reddit PPL with 5/3/1 or 4 day 5/3/1 BBB?
Post Body

I am just about to start bulking again coming off a long cut. I have lost over 34lbs & my strength as dropped a little which I expected as I have been at a deficit for over 5 months. I am hoping to regain some of my strength back quickly. My lifts when I started to cut were 1RM 85/100/145 B.S,D my lifts now are 76/90/140 but I am a lot lighter so I am pretty happy with that. I am more interested in aesthetics than strength but I understand strength & hypertrophy goes hand in hand to a certain extent. I have been doing the Reddit PPL on my cut which I have enjoyed.

I think to get my main compound lifts up I need to start on something like 5/3/1 but I also do not want to drop the body building type accessories. I like the PPL type routine & the volume plus all the pulling work. Because of this I am undecided whether to continue with PPL but have the compounds follow 5/3/1 as found here https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/7hrdph/to_the_people_who_did_reddit_ppl/dqt9gkf/ or change to 5/3/1 BBB 4 day routine which would mean dropping a lot of accessories.

Any advice please on which way to go for my goals?
