Should I keep the pump going as long as possible

I'm wondering...for example if I am working bicep and back can I stop and do bicep after a back exercise or vise versa or should I continue and complete all my back exercises for the session then do bicep. Is there any difference or does interrupting to do another body part kill my gains?

I know pump doesn't equate gains but by pump I'm talking about overall muscle fatigue and stress
